HALO® is a hybrid fractional laser designed to improve skin tone, texture, pigmentation, pores, fine lines and the overall signs of photodamage.
The treatment combines ablative and non-ablative laser wavelengths for controlled skin resurfacing with reduced downtime compared to traditional, fully ablative approaches. Treatments are customized to your individual skin concerns while maintaining natural results.
What to expect
Before treatment, your skin is evaluated and settings are personalized to your goals and skin type; a topical anesthetic is typically applied.
During treatment you may feel warmth, heat or prickling. Immediately after, skin looks red and warm, similar to a moderate sunburn.
Over the following days, skin may become slightly bronzed, rough or flaky as it renews itself — typically 3 to 6 days of social downtime depending on intensity.
Skin looks brighter within about a week; texture and collagen improvements continue over the following weeks to months.
HALO is typically 1 to 2 treatments. Some patients need more for extensive photodamage, texture concerns, or acne scarring.
For photodamage and texture concerns together, HALO may be combined with BBL® HEROic™ in the same session.
